Please send us an Adobe Illustrator (AI) file, vector format with all text converted to outlines. Please save as .eps or native .ai file. All art supplied should be “to size” at 75 line/screen.
Unsupported Art File Formats: QuarkXPress, PageMaker®, InDesign, Freehand®, Microsoft® Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), JPG and PNG files will also not be recognized through the art acceptance process.
Not at this time, however we will not charge you a set-up for an exact reorder.
A set up charge is the cost it takes to physically set up the machine that decorates your selected product. Since every order is customized, we are “setting up” your artwork so that it will look amazing when we decorate the great product you have selected.

Yes! (We love to say Yes!)
Typically, orders ship in 5-10 business days once you have approved the order. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. If you need it fast or have any additional questions, please reach out to us, we love making our customers happy.

Yes ! Just let your Customer Care Representative know and we will make sure we will get your shipping number on your order.
It the rare event that you do not receive the exact amount you ordered, we will make it right. If you receive less than what you ordered you will be charged just for what you received. If you receive more than what you ordered you will not be charged for those additional products – keep the extra’s they are free !
Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we cannot cancel your order. If you need to change your order for any reason before we start decorating the products we can cancel the order for you. Please reach out to us if you want to change or cancel, we are here to help.
Some of the items we offer have ‘set-up’ charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.). These are charges to physically create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. Keep in mind that if you ever place an exact reorder for the same item you do not have to pay the set up charge again!
The first color is included in the cost of the product. Run charges occur when you order a decoration method that has more than one color. It is a minimal charge per item and covers the cost of the additional process to add more layers of colors to your logo onto the product.
Yes! If it is an exact reorder and we are in a rush to get the order our for you, we may waive the proof process so that the order is not delayed further.
If you ship your order to Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee we are required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes. Please consult your tax advisor. Companies, individuals and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with a copy of their resale certificate, please contact our Customer Care to help you with the exemption process.
Yes! We send the samples free of charge and in most cases, they are yours to keep. For some items, we may ask you to return it so we can keep our prices to you low.
No, but we may have other options or ideas for you to help you get exactly what you need so contact Customer Care.
Yes ! If you are ordering more than what is shown, we may be able to get you a lower price so contact Customer Care.
(a) If you upload designs or make changes to products in any way (for example, adding custom text), you represent and warrant to The Daily Promo that you have all necessary rights (for example, in trademark, copyright, privacy rights, publicity rights, common law, etc.) to use the text or design without violating the rights of any third party. The Daily Promo may, in its sole discretion, refuse to print any designs or text that you submit. However, The Daily Promo is not obligated to review any of your submissions.

(b) You agree to (i) indemnify and (ii) release The Daily Promo from all liability (including costs and attorney's fees) for claims relating to the alleged or actual infringement of any third-party rights and any law to the extent that such claims relate to your use of The Daily Promo site and service. 
If you find a price that is lower for your exact total order (excluding shipping) within 30 days of your order we.
If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn't good or any other technical issue,  just contact your Customer Care Representative and we’ll rerun your order or refund your money. We’ll even pay the shipping to get the problem product returned. We care and will work with you to be sure you’re 100% satisfied.
We accept checks and all major credit cards for your convenience.
We ‘authorize’ your card when the order is placed, we charge the card once we start decorating your items, of if you order blank product once the order ships.
